1. Pomegranate Cosmopolitans
Cosmopolitans are notorious as the Girls Night co*cktail (see any Sex and the City episode, ever) and it’s for a reason. Not only incredibly simple to make, but Cosmopolitans are alsodeliciously fruity with just the right amount of kick (traditionally either Vodkaor Gin). And best of all they’re pink!
This recipe strays from more traditional recipes but adding in some fruity Pomegranate into the mix. Delightfully sweeter and deeper red in colour, this will version of the classic Cosmopolitan will go beyond being a Girl’s Night favourite- you’ll be making this every weekend regardless!
2. Peach Bellinis
Bellinis have been up and coming for a while now and is a co*cktail trend many bars and restaurantshave been trying to master lately. A common misconception is that they’re hard to make, which is entirely untrue.
Bellinis are incredibly refreshing, especially in the warmer months, and this recipe calls for fresh peaches to blend up, perfect for when these juicy fruits are in season. Puree the peaches, add in some white grape juice and pour over some sparkling wine and there you have it. A delicious co*cktail for those hot, summer Girls Nights.
Replace the sparkling wine with sparkling water and you have an alcoholfree version of this drink to enjoy any night of the week.
3. Aperol Spritz
Aperol was all the hype in 2018 and surely will continue being a European favourite for a while. Aperol Spritz is an incredibly quick and simple co*cktail to make, perfectly refreshing and great for those co*cktail lovers who tend to like their drinks more bitter.
This recipe only requires 3 ingredients: Aperol, prosecco and soda water. No fancy mixing or shaking required, justpour the ingredients over ice and garnish with anorange slice.
4. Three-ingredient Palomas
These Palomas will change yourchange your view on Tequila, for sure. And only consisting of three ingredients (tequila, sparkling grapefruit juice and lime), what more could we ask for, for a lazy girls night in.
We tend to reserve Tequilasolely for those wild karaoke and margarita nights, but this recipe will have you reconsidering this ASAP.These Palomas are so delicious and light, you won’t even realize you’re drinkingTequila. Granted, this is only true if you don’t have more than a couple. Which may be hard, because they are just yummy.
The recipe calls for specific sparkling grapefruit water called Izzy, however, any sparkling grapefruit water will work, and if not there’s no shame in making your own grapefruitjuice-soda water concoction.
5. The Golden Girl co*cktail
This co*cktail might be one of the prettiest ones yet, and it’s called Golden Girl with good reason. Go for the gorgeous aesthetic and splurge on some edible glitter to rim your glasses with (great for both Girls Nights and Bachelorette Parties).
Also genuinely simple, light and fresh, the only ingredients in this Golden Girl are grapefruit juice and Prosecco (but really, how much better can a simple co*cktail get?).
6. Elderflower Gin Fizz
This co*cktail will definitely be one you’ve never tried before. Containing Elderflower liqueur, this gin fizz is totally to die for. Elderflower has a delicate floral taste with a bit of a bitter finish, which makes extremely appealing in co*cktails such as Champagne or gin.
Gin, simple syrup for added sweetness, lemon juice, Elderflower liqueur and sparkling water is all you need to make this unique co*cktail.
7. Lavender Lemonade and Rosé co*cktails
To keep the floral co*cktails flavoured trend going, this Lavender Lemonade and Rose co*cktails are something everyone must try immediately. These co*cktails literally “taste like summer” and will be an on-going favourite throughout the whole season.
This co*cktail requires your favourite Rosé, homemade or storebought lemonade, and homemade lavender-infused simple syrup (which the recipe tells you exactly how to make).

These Pink Champagne Margaritas might be our favourite co*cktail yet (I mean, look how gorgeously pink they are!). With a total prep time of only 5 minutes (hallelujah), these co*cktails will be ready in no time, whatever the occasion, but especially for impromptu Girls Nights.
Like traditional Margaritas, this drink calls for all the same ingredients plus delicious champagne and sweet pink lemonade. Option to garnish with some pretty pink Himalayan sea salt (this is still a Margharita, after all).
9. Pineapple Rum Punch
To all you tropical drink lovers, this one’s for you. Again, the prep time for this co*cktail is only 5 minutes, and it consists of even fewer ingredients. Pineapples juice, ginger ale and Malibu Rum are all you need for this tasty mixture. Get some fresh pineapple to garnish and snack on and you’ll have a great co*cktail to enjoy with your girlfriends.
10. Lemon Blueberry Vodka Spritzer
This Lemon Blueberry Vodka Spritzer does take a bit more time to prepare than the other co*cktail recipes mentioned here, but it’s totally worth it. The little time-consuming part is that you must simmer water and honey over low heat in order to create a type of homemade simple syrup. This may sound like work but once you taste how good this is, you’ll realize feel likes it’s nothing.
Combine this with blueberry flavoured Vodka, mix in a shaker, pour over ice and top off with some sparkling water, blueberry and rosemary garnish for extra taste and prettiness.
