Why You Should use Tri Colored Rotini for this pasta salad…

You can really use any pasta for pasta salad but I like to use the tri-colored or garden rotini for this ranch pasta salad for a few reasons:

The Shape: The shape of the rotini pasta is great for this recipe because it clings onto the ranch and the ranch can really get into the swirls of the pasta.

The Color: Since this pasta salad is made using ranch dressing which makes it all very white, I like to use the colored pasta to help add color.

Yes! You’ll need to make this pasta salad a few hours in advance so that it can sit in the fridge, but you can make it up to 2 days in advance.

How should I store pasta salad?

This pasta salad should be stored in an air tight container in the fridge.

Why matchstick carrots?

I like the matchstick carrots because they’re already super small and a quick chop to them is all they need before being tossed into the pasta salad.
