Why is my jam not thickening?

If your jam isn’t thickening, it may be because you haven’t added enough chia seeds or haven’t given them enough time to absorb the liquid. If your jam is still too liquidy after an hour, try adding a bit more chia seeds and let it sit for another 30-60 minutes.
