1. I made this pie last night. First let me start out by saying, chess pies are the only pies that I have never been able to master, they never set and it did not matter how well I followed the recipe. So I was worried when I made this one, but it turned out perfect. I had read several reviews from different people and sites, so I incorporated a few of their suggestions in on this pie. First, I did not completely melt the butter, once blended you could still see small pieces. Secondly, at the end I turned the oven off and left the pie in with the door cracked for ten minutes. The middle was perfectly set, the top did not crack and my family LOVED, this pie... will keep this recipe as a family favorite.

 2. Rich and chocolatey is right. I loved how simple it was to mix up. I think I would cut back on the sugar next time, maybe by a 1/4 cup. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

 4. Hi alligirl!
Thanks a lot for your delicious cake. My family and my children (as me) liked it very much.
For the children was very important to cut it in equal parts...nobody had the right to have more...
Thanks a lot (done for Please Review My Recipe tag game from October 2010)

 5. I liked the final product. I used Splenda and The pie was not sweet enough. I did not have chocolate squares so I used a very premium cocoa powder. The chocolate flavor was excellent. I would use it again next time. I used a graham cracker store bought the crust and that worked out fine. This pie is extremely easy to make. Thanks for the recipe
